Fresh Linens: We use professionally laundered, high-thread-count linens. A fresh, sanitized set is used for every single client—no exceptions.

Hand Hygiene: Our therapists follow rigorous hand-washing protocols before and after every treatment and use sanitizer as needed during the session.

Tool Care: Any additional tools used (such as stones or specialized massage tools) are fully sterilized after each use.
Mobile Environment Safety

Space Requirements: To ensure the safety of both the client and the therapist, we ask that the massage area be clear of tripping hazards, pets, and clutter.

Smoke-Free Policy: To maintain the integrity of our equipment and the health of our therapists, we require a smoke-free environment during the service.

Therapist Wellness: We conduct daily health self-screenings. If a therapist shows any signs of illness, we will notify you immediately to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
Client Responsibility

Health Disclosure: We ask that you provide an accurate health history on your intake form. If you are feeling unwell (fever, cough, or contagious skin condition), please contact us to reschedule.

Rescheduling for Illness: If you or anyone in your household is ill, we waive our standard 24-hour cancellation fee for a one-time rescheduling, as your safety and ours is the top priority.
