Welcome to Tried and True Mobile Massage. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Description of Services
Tried and True Mobile Massage provides professional massage therapy services delivered directly to the client's preferred location (home, office, or hotel). All services are provided by certified and/or licensed professionals where required by law.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments: All bookings must be made through our official website, booking platform, or via phone.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

No-Shows: If the therapist arrives at the designated location and the client is not present or is unable to receive the service, it will be considered a no-show and the full service fee will be charged.
3. Mobile Service Requirements
To ensure a high-quality experience, the client agrees to provide:

A clean, safe, and private space for the massage to take place.

Sufficient floor space (approximately 10 x 6 feet) for the massage table and the therapist’s movement.

A smoke-free environment during the duration of the service.
4. Health and Safety

Informed Consent: Clients must complete a health intake form prior to their first session. You agree to provide accurate information regarding your physical condition and medical history.

Contraindications: Our therapists reserve the right to decline service if a condition exists that makes massage unsafe (e.g., contagious skin conditions, fever, or certain acute injuries).

Professionalism: Our services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any suggestive remarks or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, the full fee will be charged, and the therapist will leave the premises immediately.
5. Payments and Fees

Pricing: Rates are as listed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately following the service, depending on the booking method used.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price but is appreciated for excellent service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tried and True Mobile Massage and its therapists shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising out of or in connection with the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis.
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe environment for both our clients and our therapists. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

Inappropriate behavior or language.

Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Environments that are deemed unsafe or unsanitary for the therapist.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
